Concoction

Another experimental smoothie today, this one pineapple-carrot-ginger-etc. Expected it to be oranger. But tasty.

I opened a book today that apparently I hadn't for quite awhile - it's a little dictionary of gardener's Latin and I was looking for a quote I remembered about beekeeping ("Let there be gardens to tempt them, breathing saffron flowers..."). The page was marked with a note I'd kept from a B&B in Dervaig, Scotland, a sketch and basic instructions for how to use the Aga. That was fun, finding that again and remembering. :-)
