Supper

Cleaning the van, catching up with the family Blurb year book and cooking. It was a murky but mild day.

The blip is our supper of Aubergines stuffed with fried onion and mushrooms mixed with the aubergine flesh which was scooped out and with added quark, (a dish I discovered when we lived in Cyprus in the early 1970s) baked with some left over potatoes and served with kale from the garden. It was very tasty and great autumnal comfort food.
