Cold Shoulder

My husband and I are in the huff with each other today, so the cold shoulder of this hill reflects our feelings aptly!

It started off well, as we'd had a good sleep in our new very comfortable bed, but went downhill when I suggested a shopping trip to Perth. I gave him the option of staying at home, but he nobly decided to come too. Bad mistake from both of us, as he was in a black mood as soon as we got to the shops and criticised every suggestion I made, from furniture to food. Eventually, I'd had enough and just came home again (I was driving) and we haven't said a word to each other for hours - he in his study and me in mine!

How childish is that?!! Wonder who will be the first to crack?
