A goodly crop?

Once upon a time it was a Birch tree.  I'm still unsure if it should have gone, but it was getting a bit HUGE for the size of the garden.
The departed "Betula utilis var. jacquemontii", was, eventually replaced by a B, Youngii which I can currently look over the top of, it has had a badly tagged airing a while ago, maybe again since it leapt out of a pot and into the ground.

Any knowledgeable Mycologists out there?
