Auld Rover

A fine sunny morning, clouded over in the afternoon, a couple of showers, and now a clear calm night.

Walkies with Sammy after breakfast, and popped by Madeline's again.  Another late shift in the airport.  A steady day of passengers.  I was mostly on the check-in desk, but helped with the oil flights in the late afternoon.  Mam, Laura and Megan popped by to watch Shetland this evening, along with a cuppa.  Walkies with Sammy, and then feet up.

I noticed the owners of this car take it out the garage a couple of days ago, and found it odd they've left it sitting outside.  Old cars like this don't tend to do well left out in Shetland.  I'm not overly good with old cars, but looks like it's a Rover P4, reg GSV 876.  I hope they are planning to restore it, looks a lovely old car.  Taken at the Quee, Clapphoull, Cunningsburgh.
