Scrambled Egg

The weather has not been the best today so a change of plan. We was going to try and search out some rutting dear but with wind and rain forecast we didn't bother with an early start.
A relaxed morning with a drive then over to Woodhall Spa . Thankfully the rain held off for most of the time with just the odd light shower. We enjoyed a nice walk around the woods there where we saw a few bits of fungi including this strange bright yellow one which is Fuligo Septica or as you can see from the link is sometimes called Scrambled egg slime and I can see why .I also like the dead leaf which also has something growing on it .
We also enjoyed a walk around the town and looking in shops and Julie telling me what it was like before as she grew up in and around the area.
A steady drive back home and we have just watched a very entertaining T20  match soon be time for some tea. This evening a few beers and a film
