Archaeology

A quick trip into Stirling this afternoon. Dotted throughout the city centre is a series of artworks called Street Stories. Today's Blip is of one of them and is called Archaeology.

These artworks are displayed on empty shop-fronts and, rather than simply being static images, are augmented reality images which can be viewed on a downloadable app on one's phone. Click on the app, hold the phone camera in front of the image and it comes to 'life' and tells a story. Blipfoto hasn't quite got that far yet, but who knows...

In truth, it's all a bit high-tech for me but I'm pleased to have given it a go.
