Overheating

Mr RIU was playing a game and I wondered if he'd changed the lights on the machine or if it was over heating

It was sun bouncing off of the rear light of Hank.

Starting the week with a fasting day and trying to reintroduce some other self care routines that have fallen by the wayside this year as the balance is tipping in the wrong direction at present.

Need more movement and more oily fish for starters.
