Phalaenopsis

Or as I call them Orchid. This one is quite and old one and is re flowering which is always good to see.
I thought it looked good with the light coming through the petals this morning.

Pilates then I walked on to Woodbank Garden Centre with my friend for lunch. Quite busy but not uncomfortable.
It was relatively warm this morning but very windy. Nicely got home in time to bring my washing in before it turned misly.

I’m hoping I won’t ache quite as much after this week session of Pilates having missed a number of sessions previously, but I suppose that’s how you know it’s doing some good!
