Bath Time...

...just one of the many geese that were enjoying themselves in the pond at the Emerald Preserve. Tom had labs drawn at the clinic this morning, and no sooner were we home than they called to say his platelets were still low and he needed to receive another unit. That makes 6 units in as many days, not to mention the 5 units of blood he's gotten as well. We went back at 1:00 and while they were infusing I took the camera and walked around the Preserve. It was an unbelievably beautiful day--59 degrees & sunny--which is extra wonderful considering it's November & the average temps this time of year are usually about 11 degrees colder. Tom's still very tired and sleepy, and he's lost his appetite again, so I have to see if I can come up with something to tempt him. :)
