A bit of a rush this morning as I over slept but thankfully I was still at work on time. A busy day again despite the weather not been at its best.
After work home to get changed and then a trip to visit Mum. On the way down I parked up and went for a quick walk into town to get a blip shot.
I am pleased to say that after been absent last year the Tipi Bar is back in the city centre this year. I am planning to visit it on a few occasions the 1st time is Friday after work as a few of us are going to visit it as Martyn is moving to another branch with a promotion to ABM at Scunthorpe so we are going to see him off with a couple of drinks .
A good catch up with Mum who had her flu jab the other day this year it has made her feel a little rough but as she said it will be worth it , she is booked in for her covid booster in a couple of weeks so fingers crossed that will see her through the winter months safely .
Back home now and a relaxed evening before picking Julie up later
