Contrasts

A day of very different weather, the grey forecast replaced by a bright, sunshine and blue sky day.   I had a morning session in the garden which saw the pea stone infill in place in the plastic grids, creating a neat, flat, non muddy space beyond the decking and a lot of general clearing and tidying  done.  It's a good start and I'm pleased with it.

Afternoon saw Jamie's bike back in use thanks to a new cushion for the  chair provided by Ruth from her supply of rejects.  Meg and  I  had a run  out to Rhydyronen at sunset (extra pic) but  Jamie had the best of that down  at the seafront  where the sky reflected  in  the wet sand beautifully.

Crocus robertianus, first time blipped I think, enjoying the morning sunshine.

A good day.
