Splash of Colour

This group of Crocus laevigatus are clearly thriving here, more flowers than last year and a good succession of them keeping the colour going in the garden despite the often indifferent weather. The days may be getting short but with the noses of early snowdrops showing, it’s not Christmas that I’m counting down to.

A late start for Ruth’s return to Birmingham but a very good journey both ways. Quiet roads made the run from Welshpool through the mountains great fun!

Jamie’s had a good day on his own and Katie looked after Meg at mine which I think they both enjoyed.
