The charm of almost bare branches

Jean and I went for a blustery walk this morning in case the weather changes this afternoon.  The only leaves left on the cherry tree in my street were these. 

I love seeing the buds already formed for the spring.

Feeling lazy today... Sundays tend to do that to me.
