Rudely interrupted

Peggy Sue was attending to her Sunday evening toilette when I rather rudely interrupted to get what amounts to an EB. Her expression makes her feelings clear! I have felt pretty sorry for myself today as The Cold (not Covid-19) has been quite bad today.  Mr MC, The Son and Daughter #1 did attend the Remembrance Service at our local church  but I thought it better not to go and spread my non Covid germs.
In other news:  The Queen was unable to attend the Remembrance Service at the cenotaph today due to a sprained back.  Her doctors had advised her to rest until mid November after a night in hospital for tests in October.
