One Way or Another

You wouldn't believe that these two photos were probably taken about 20 mins apart, just facing in opposite directions. G and I walked from Weybourne towards Sheringham, turning around at a suitable point. On the return the wind was in our faces and was very 'bracing', but with the beautiful blue sky to walk towards. This afternoon I caught up with a few random jobs in the garden: putting up a couple of ornaments and a 'triple sparrow house'; starting some tidying up in the garage; and cutting a 'hedgehog hole' in the gravel board at the bottom of the fence.

Day 611 / Day 122 of Step 4 of Roadmap Easing (for my record only)
The advice to healthy children aged 12-17 has changed, now they are advised to wait 12 weeks if they've had Covid before having a Covid jab (it was 4). The BBC is reporting that ministers in NI have voted for mandatory vaccine passports from next month. People who are unvaccinated or who've not recovered from Covid will be banned from public events in the Czech Republic from Monday. The Netherlands is running short of Covid tests with the surge in cases. For the first time that I've noticed, very local cases in Holt & Weybourne are higher than the England average (but small population so stats are easily distorted - there were 25 cases in the last 7 days). Covid vaccine research was the primary target for cyber attacks on the UK over the last year, which were at record numbers. Good to hear that a record 4,000 people started training to become doctors in the UK in 2021.
