The accidental finding

Natural Childhood

Click here to see the mud on A's hands. This is the Valley of the Heavens, behind our house. A perfect place to play on Easter day!

We bumped into several families we knew, all out enjoying the sunshine. More later, I have to go out to eat paella now.

I have decided to hand over to Mr Robert Browning, poet, now. He sums up the day beautifully. Tomorrow I hope to add more shots to my blipfolio. It was a wonderful walk, close to home and having at its heart the simplest of all pleasures, playfulness.

Oh, the wild joy of living!
The leaping from rock to rock
The strong rending bough of the fir tree
The cool silver shock
Of the plunge in a pool's living water
How full is man's life!
The mere living how fit to employ
All the heart and the soul and the senses
Forever in joy

Robert Browning

PS This is a very grainy image, but I wanted to include the landscape. More play images can be seen here.
