Having left my camera in Edinburgh Katkatkat had very kindly dispatched it and it arrived mid morning.   As things worked out I have actually only pressed the shutter twice today.  I have to say that is a rarity, I can't ever remember taking so few since I started blipping.  This made the choice of blip rather easy.

Robins are a very popular and common bird in the UK.  In summer there are over 7,000,000 million territories.  In winter numbers are boosted by numbers of winter migrants.  They are friendly and can be taught to take mealworms as many of the blips by Terry115 illustrate,
