TRIP TO SEAFORD – CRÊPES

Fourth time lucky, I've finally taken the boys to Seaford to play on the beach and have a look at the sea!
Previous attempts have been thwarted by heavy traffic and roadworks, but today I took a different route.
This route was a lot longer, but did avoid the worst of the congestion, although the journey did last quite a long time.
Everyone was very relieved when they were finally able to 'decar' (Wilson's expression) and stretch their legs.
Playing on the beach, it turned out, was out of the question as there was a Caterpillar Digger patrolling up and down redistributing the shingle.
It was bitterly cold and very windy on the beach, and Wilson got very excited when we came across a crêpes stall, but unfortunately it was boarded up and closed.
