Silly Saturday

Staying nights with my grandchildren whilst their parents are in Gran Canaria for a “big” birthday.  My grandson has a strong interest in economics so look who was on top of the Christmas tree!  I know it doesn’t fit the theme for this month’s Silly Saturday, but it amused me.  Roaring fire in the lounge but this old house is very cold despite having very thick walls.  It was built in the 1700’s - I’m sure it still has the same windows from then - brrr!  Off to bed with extra blankets and 2 hot water bottles!  :-))
