Surprise

No flowers on the meadow cranesbill for a week or two, and I had assumed that it had finished flowering for the year. So it was a surprise this morning to see two flowers, especially after all the wind, rain, and snow of the past week!

A blurry photo, but that matches the day, which seemed to pass in a blur! Admin. with constant interruptions. Should have been finished by lunchtime, but there's still lots to do tomorrow. Sigh!

Over the last month, my ancient Mac has become increasingly slow in uploading photos from the camera, and I've wasted hours trying to persuade it. From now on it may have to be photos from the phone, which is also past its best, but c'est la vie! I shall Blip on...
