Our fused glass creations

We spent a couple of hours playing with glass on Saturday.  Our creations have now spent time in a kiln, being fused, and "slumped", and this is the final result.  We rather like them.

I also spent some time sewing today - I've put together two more place mats, and a cutlery holder.  And I had a go at making a fabric crown, instead of the cheap tacky ones that come out of crackers.  Fits W well, needs some adjustment to fit smaller heads, but I'm pretty pleased with it.
