Running free

Today we drove North to Ras Al Khaimah with our friend Miriam and her mum. They are in Dubai for a few days, and this is a journey they love. Unfortunately, we couldn't dine at the first hotel of choice, but the Waldorf Astoria accommodated us, and we had a super lunch there.

Back to Dubai via Barracuda Beach Resort which was lovely to be in on a weekday rather than the weekend! A few Christmas gifts got bought there. And finally, a quick trip into Icons for a refreshing drink and to see Wafi's Christmas tree before we finally had to say goodbye.

I still had invoices to code, so it was straight to my desk as soon as I got home. :))

The real camel in the collage was photographed by G. He and his friends were all over the road going wherever they pleased! Cameron (disguised as Santa) watched intently from a distance!
