Frustrating

Walk down river path before breakfast and then packed and left for home. It takes longer to leave in winter as we drain the water before turning it off.
Not too bad a journey and managed to call into pharmacy and bakery before getting home.
I had notification of a delivery today so I changed it for tomorrow, and had confirmation, but when we got home there it was sitting on the step along side an Amazon parcel. Why offer a date for delivery and then leave on the step, and Amazon said posted through letter box and there is no way it would go through the letterbox.
Still at least they were still on the step.
