Laurie mowed the lawn this morning while her practicum student, Ashley, kept the children occupied in the front yard and the courtyard. Even though they didn't like the noise of the mower, Ms. C and Mr. E were convinced it would be preferable to be on the other side of the gate. But they had to be content with peering through the slats.
