Cut glass gothic

As a first time Christmas Blipper, I’m guessing most people find time is against them when it comes to daily blipping at this time of the year.  By now we have the joy of both our sons and partners home with us, and inevitably family time takes a priority. There will be walks - weather permitting - so hopefully plenty of opportunity for outdoor shots over the holiday. Today, however, I’m very grateful for the chance to stay inside and find a blip amidst the preparations.

Thanks to Ingeborg for today’s abstract challenge - using a ‘tangible visual aid’. I try shooting Christmas glitz through a range of glass objects - deciding in the end on one of our few remaining cut glass goblets, faceting the lights into a tiny stained glass window.
