Red-bellied ...

... woodpecker.

I had just come into the living room and looked out the window when I saw this beautiful female Red-bellied Woodpecker.  The lighting was ALL wrong as the sun was behind her.  But since we don't see these beauties out in the front trees very often I still took some photos of her.  I didn't dare open the window as I knew she would fly off so this was taken through the glass.

I had another day of not going anywhere ... until supper time when we did our normal Thursday meal out.  We went to our favorite Mexican restaurant tonight as we hadn't been there for a while.  Yum!
