Love Letter…

…From Aneeta (8), one of my great-nieces. Feeling loved!

It was a deliciously slow and lazy morning. I was up super early and enjoyed the quiet of the morning. At about 630 Elijah, my great-nephew (19 months) woke up and he and his dad joined me in the living room and we enjoyed a train cartoon together. Everyone else got up much later!

After another monster brunch feast, we all said our goodbyes and everyone went home! But part 2 of our family Christmas starts tomorrow in Hampshire.

It was good to get back to my quiet home. I enjoyed my candles, fireplace, music and a new jigsaw! I finally got to watch the ‘Call The Midwife’ Christmas special. A perfect day!
