White Crystal Rock

A long slow day - spent most of the day trying to finish off our jigsaw puzzle (finally got it done) - a really difficult one this year. It rained all morning so I didn’t get out until after lunch and I really couldn’t find much to blip. These rocks, alongside one of the roads out of the village, always fascinate me - great veins of white crystalline rock (could it be quartz?) in the main rock face.
