Harvington

We 'did' another village this afternoon. This time it was Harvington, near Evesham, on the Warwickshire/Worcestershire border.  It's a fair size village, built on a variety of hills and slopes in a higgly-piggly fashion.  There are two pubs, though we only saw one, and that was looking for new leaseholders.   Also a church, St. James the Great, which unusually has a green spire, and also a resident pair of doves, see extra.  Alongside the graveyard is a derelict stone building.  Apparently the Manor House used to back onto the cemetery,  so maybe this was part of that.  Anyway I think it would make a reasonable entry for this week's Derelict Sunday hosted by Marlieske.
