Cosy corner

Since I am spending so much time at home recently (self isolation for cataract ops 1&2, not to mention the rise in Omicron), I’ve made it comfy with gadgets, reading light, tissues, hand cream, Vit C + Zinc tablets all at arms length

Am now able to read adequately without glasses, a little blurry from drops, but happy only 2 days have passed since no. 2 done. Consultant said can take weeks to feel the full benefit, but may still need reading glasses. We’ll see.

Been up all day, watching TV etc. so shall retire to bed after posting this. Will watch the end of ‘The Help’ which a friend recommended today (a 2011 film).
