Wings Wednesday

Sunshine returned today! Much easier to get things done when the skies re blue!

We made a brief trip to Southend this morning for a spot of shopping - all very quiet in there and we got what we needed.  And then it's all been very quiet  Even quiet in the garden - this starling was soaking up the sun for some time on the bird feeder

But keeping up with my Yoga workout - Day 11 today!
