Another EB

Somehow today just disappeared, without my managing to take any photos, so the crane it is, snapped just as darkness was falling.  I've cropped the picture to look wide, so I shall tag it for Wide Angle Wednesday.  Through the trees to the left of the picture you can see the newly built care home which is the reason that the crane is there: today was a busy one with lots of crane activity.  Now that they've rebuilt the original  care home, we've not quite managed to work out what phase 2 actually is.  Once the hoardings come down no doubt all will be revealed.

In other news: taking Violet to school was a nightmare this morning as there were yet more unexpected road closures courtesy of Thames Water.  This afternoon I had lunch with my friend C and even on that short journey to the local Toby Carvery, in the opposite direction to Violet's school, there were yet more road closures, this time due to the relaying of gas pipes.
Meanwhile at a national level, Prime Minister's Question Time was even livelier than usual, the high point being when a Tory MP urged BJ 'In the name of God, go'.  I rather think though, that he believes that he can weather this storm and  cling on as Prime Minister.
