Hungry?

S went for a walk with the Salobreña walking group today, and we met at the Corregidora for a late lunch. He was hungry ... we may have slightly over-ordered, as the waitress looked a bit startled when we ordered two substantial vegetarian dishes, and a main course too -- but only one between us. A gratin of aubergines with tomato and mozzarella, a caramelised onion tart with an entire grilled goat's cheese on top, and then a slow-cooked lamb tagine, luckily not as huge as we thought it might be after seeing people served whole legs of lamb previously. It was all delicious and turned out to be the right amount ... only coffee needed afterwards. And a siesta for some.

Covid footnote: it's been three weeks, and still no-one has asked to see our Covid pass, supposedly required when eating indoors.

It's been a rather cool, windy, and overcast day. Well, cool by our standards,  i.e. 13C. Apparently it's been freezing at home.
