What is it?!

Went to Tittle Tattle this morning and then caught the bus to Keighley to update my travel card. Spied this van with an unusual extra on roof - the front view was funnier, but the bus lights ruined my image. This is on the same road where I previously photographed a hearse which was being used to advertise a company. Obviously the firms around here have a sense of humour!
