Hot off the press and delivered by the Royal Mail is the latest very helpful advice leaflets from NHS Scotland  regarding the changing of rules regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Of course, the best advice is to be careful for your own safety. I certainly will continue to wear a mask and avoid crowded places.

I have also ordered the "keep your distance lapel badges" which I bought from Marie Curie.
