Pineapple lily

After no flower last year, I have 2 on my pineapple lily. It's neither a lily nor a pineapple. Eucomis comosa is a bulb from South Africa and belongs to the hyacinth family.

The funky hairdo makes me smile. It's flamboyant without being over the top.

Behind it is my new lemon tree. Hopefully it will be happy with my ground prep and able to withstand our winters.
