Feeding the robins

A good walk through the reserve this morning to pick up K's prescriptions from the chemist.  I caught sight of both sparrowhawks, the female only very briefly and the male in very poor light.  Annoying, as you can see from this blip that most of my walk was in unexpected sunshine.  I now have half a dozen of these cheery little guys peeping at me from different parts of the circuit.

This afternoon I should have been helping the old folks at their monthly get-together, but although I'm testing negative for covid I certainly have a cold-type bug of some sort so thought it better to stay away.

Soon be at the end of another week - don't they whizz by..
