Cheerful camellia

We pass this beautiful camellia bush on our daily walk. I am always amazed at the way they bloom in the cold winter months here in England, because they look so exotic to me, as if they belong in a tropical country.

However, I'm very glad that they do come into bloom when they do, because they really brighten up dull winter days.
