Stand and deliver...

...the mail.   Ned has got some mail too by the look of it.   He holds the mail for a house not too far away from me and I have always thought he was rather grand in his bullet proof suit.  

For those not familiar, he is based on Ned Kelly, one of our iconic bush rangers who was played by Mick Jagger in a film in 1970 and more illustriously by Heath Ledger in a film in 2003.
