The Salish Sea

Had a walk by the sound today…kind of misty/foggy still out there but the sun did come out(see extra) ...  the grasses along this beach created by Expedia  just seemed to want sepia, for a different look.         

It was so peaceful and lovely...until we were heading back to the car and heard a loud crash of 2 bikes...one was going fast along the designated bike path and one must have been entering it at right angles...both should have seen the other in plenty of time..... it was the one entering , an older guy, that I think got hurt, but there were people there with phones so I'm sure an ambulance was called.    Very unsettling.
