Pentland Hills

2nd Saturday Strollers today - forecast was for it to be windy, but it was more like a 'full-on gale' up on the tops.

Regardless, 16 of us (and 1 dog!) braved the conditions and had an enjoyable, if not somewhat challenging, Pentlands-walk ... I reckon it was gusting at +80mph on top of Allermuir!

Some snow also around, as you can see in the snap, but really not that much compared to this time last year ;-)

A quiet evening certainly now beckons.
