yet more 'ground-clearance'

A very 'wet' afternoon spent over at the Ashley Terrace Boathouse - undertaking quite a bit more ground-clearance and the combination of persistent rain and an abundance of mud, made for an extremely messy few hours of work ;-)

... but, as you can see, we still managed to make very good use of the hire-van, which we had for the day; now loaded-up to just within its limit!
