Hedgehog

We discovered we have a hedgehog living in the bushes by our back door last winter just before he went into hibernation. Well, he's well and truly awake now and we saw him for the first time this spring the other night.

Today he seems to have plucked up the courage to come out during the day for a photo session (Flickr set starting here). Mrs42 served him up a saucer of milk that he enjoyed too. This is one of the things I like about having moved out of the city - we are just a little bit closer to the outdoors!

Went on a nice long bike ride in the Pentlands with a couple of friends and Mrs 42 went for a walk. I think this afternoon we are just going to snooze, watch TV and eat chocolate :-)
