Teddy

This morning’s 42 minute, 2 and quarter mile walk took me down Toynbee Road where this teddy bear, and a companion in a plastic bag, was hanging from a hedge. I have no idea why. They both looked brand new as if somebody had just made them and then left them out to watch the world go by.

This evening I went for a run at the gym. I needed to use some calories because tonight’s dinner was a Chicken Kiev that was on sale at the co-op. Although they have been plenty of restaurant dinners and more takeaways than there should have been, we have been very good an minimising the the pre-made processed main dinners.  But tonight we had swede, kale and the Chicken Kievs, Delicious.
