Assassin

Make sure you hiss those ss when you say it.  I believe this to be a late instar of the Common Assassin bug.  Make no mistake that lethal sabre looking beak is the perfect implement to catch it's prey and I have seen many an impaled insect like a shish kebab on this garden hunters.

With that belly on it, I would say it is a most successful assassin.
