The scent of Spring

Love these daffodils that came with my order from the supermarket this week. Slightly smaller than the daffs that came a couple of weeks ago, they're quite strongly scented. They're brightening up the kitchen, and the room smells wonderful!

Not a good day to be outdoors. First heavy rain, and now the wind is building up - once again we're under an Amber weather warning and Storm Dudley is on its way. Did a couple of loads of washing just in case the power goes off again! A good day for catching up with emails, and ordering a birthday present. A 'Big Big Train' CD may have jumped in to my 'basket' too...
