Watching the Water

I'm not sure what this guy was looking at.  He didn't appear to be a birdwatcher (we passed several of those this morning) and he didn't appear to be a photographer (we met at least one of those this morning).  Perhaps he was just enjoying the environment.

I'm out this evening judging a print competition.  I hope that storm Eunice doesn't arrive before I get back home.
