The Story So Far

SWMBO and I went out to get a couple of things from a shop on the other side of town and since we were there we also went to a builder's supplies shop to get some wood finish ..... and who should we meet in the car park there but Chopper Girl - all the way down from Fife to get a tin of paint.
It seemed a bit much to come all that way for a tin of paint, but it turns out it is for her boyfriend's house and he stays locally. 
Since he had been nightshift and was still sleeping we took her for a coffee and a bacon roll and a catch up.

I managed to get the garden shredder out for a short time between rain showers. It was long enough to actually manage to shred all of the Lilac tree, which will go to the dump recycling centre tomorrow along with a quantity of polystyrene packaging that has been cluttering up the garage for far to long.

Since taking today's Blip, the collection has increased by one, although the 'angled' one is earmarked for Chopper Girl since it is made from wood from her garden (just a shame I didn't have it in the car this morning).
