Pumpkin's kiss

I ended up doing my photoshoot today. The owners of the beautiful Lily, who was put to sleep yesterday, texted me this morning and asked if I was still available to do the shoot. They thought it might be a good distraction for the family.

Pumpkin, the Rainbow Lorikeet, and Ivy, the Vizsla, did their best to cheer everyone up. Young JB and Pumpkin are very close. Pumpkin likes nothing more than to give him a big kiss (tongue and all!)

Apart from that, I took Abe for a walk at the wetlands first thing this morning and then went to buy a new pair of walking shoes with MrB. I'm trying to psyche myself up to do the vacuuming. So far, editing images has won!
